Purchase your tickets online to save $2.00 and avoid the line-ups. You can also buy your tickets at one of the box offices setup outside the show entrance. Ticket prices at the show are: $15.00 for adults, $5.00 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under are free of charge.

We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.

Yes, there is a $12 fee for parking. Cash and credit card accepted. *Cost of admission to The Great Big Home + Garden Show does not include parking. The Great Big Home + Garden Show benefits in no way from any parking fee collected by the I-X Center.

Yes, there are many food vendors on-site.

Yes, the ATM is located in the East Lobby near the Main Entrance of the show.

Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible. *Some limited access in the Garden Showcase features.

Yes, the I-X Center has complimentary wheelchairs available at the show (located near the Box Office in the East Lobby) when a Photo ID is presented. No motorized wheelchairs or scooters are available.

If you still can't find a particular exhibitor, please visit the information booth, located on the show floor for more information.

No, the seating for celebrity performances is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come first served basis.

Generally, the show will take between a minimum of 4 to 5 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show. Plan to spend ample time with our many and varied exhibitors - they are a valuable resource for your home improvement and gardening questions.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the show, unless they are part of a paid exhibitor's display, or a service animal.
